What should I do if I accidentally set off an alarm?
If you accidentally set off an alarm, please call the emergency response center at 1-800-444-2892. You will need your account number or passcode when calling.

How does my alarm system work?
The alarm system may be armed in the “Away” or “Stay” mode. Away activates the alarm system with all sensors active. Stay activates the alarm system with all sensors active except the motion detectors, allowing you to move freely around your home.
Once the system is activated, each monitored zone has the ability to recognize a violation. Once a zone has been violated, the alarm system transmits the proper signal to the emergency response center.
